This guide will provide you with tips on how to successfully complete all three Festive Challenges in Genshin Impact. You can enter the challenges only after reaching Adventure Rank 20 and completing Prologue: Act III of the main story.
Note that Festive Tour Tickets can only be earned if you complete Festive Challenges in solo mode.
Windblume Festive Challenge: Bullseye Balloons
Complete the First Event Quest
Once you’ve entered the Windblume Festival in Mondstadt, you must complete the first event quest by following these steps:
Speak to Sara Speak to Marjorie Speak to Katheryne Speak to Flora in the flower shop Travel to the Mondstadt Plaza Speak to Venti Listen to bypassers’ problems Complete the Ode to Flower and Cloud quest
After you’ve solved the citizens’ troubles, speak to Venti one last time.
Start the Challenge
Now you can talk to Lizzie, who will recommend you take part in the Bullseye Balloons bow shooting contest. Agree to start this challenge.
Markers appear on your map where you can take on the challenge. The balloons can be shot using either normal or charged/aimed attacks.
There are two types of balloons that you need to shoot:
Bloom Balloons are green and give you a modest number of points. Bouquet Balloons are orange and give you a larger number of points.
There are also two types of balloons that you should probably avoid:
Celebration Balloons with hearts on them explode when hit, destroying balloons surrounding them. Heartbreak Balloons with dark hearts on them remove points.
Challenge Rewards
There are three levels of difficulty in these challenges. Each gives different rewards when the maximum number of points have been collected:
Balloon Hunter (1,000-1,600 points) 30x Primogem 100x Festive Tour Ticket Balloon Bane (1,800-2,800 points) 2x Hero’s Wit 100x Festive Tour Ticket Balloon Scourge (2,600-4,000 points) 20,000 Mora
Windblume Festive Challenge: Floral Freefall
Start the Challenge
When you’re done with the first challenge, go back and speak to Lizzie once again. This time she will offer you a second challenge: Floral Freefall.
Here you use a pair of wings to catch flowers floating in the sky. Each flower adds to your overall points. When the time is up (or you touch the ground), the challenge ends.
There are three types of flowers you need to collect:
Fluorescent Flowerball are shiny blue balls that grant 35 points. Honey-Petal Crown are orange flowers that grant 200 points. Finish Line Garland are a ring of flowers that grants 400 points.
The best way to get more points is to chase the flowers that are grouped together instead of chasing a single flower.
Challenge Rewards
The three levels of difficulty grant the same rewards as before:
Journeyman Drifter (1,000 points) 30x Primogem 100x Festive Tour Ticket Master Glider (2,000 points) 2x Hero’s Wit 100x Festive Tour Ticket Favored of the Four Winds (3,000 points) 20,000 Mora
Windblume Festive Challenge: Ballads of Breeze
Start the Challenge
Finally, talk to Lizzie once again for the final challenge: the Ballads of Breeze. This is basically a rhythm mini-game that requires you to tap certain keys when their corresponding prompts appear on the screen.
Each correct tap grants points, and each incorrect tap breaks the flow of your combo. The combo multipliers are:
1-5 consecutive notes = 0. 0x 6-10 consecutive notes = 1. 3x 11-15 consecutive notes = 1. 6x 16+ = 2. 0x
Sometimes you will have to press several keys at a time, including your mouse buttons.
Challenge Rewards
You can earn a lot of points in this challenge, but you only need to get the required minimum to earn the rewards:
Musical Hobbyist (800-1,000 points) 30x Primogem 100x Festive Tour Ticket Rising Star (1,200-1,400 points) 2x Hero’s Wit 100x Festive Tour Ticket Windblume Laureate (1,800-2,400 points) 20,000 Mora
